Confidentiality Agreement
This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you and Revving S.p.A. (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and governs your use of information while using our website.
By accessing the investor area on the Revving platform, you agree not to share with third parties the confidential and sensitive information you will find there, including those related to the operations present. This information is proprietary to Revving, and unauthorized disclosure can cause significant harm to our business.
We ask that you keep all information confidential and use it solely to evaluate investment opportunities. Protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of this data is crucial for us, and we trust in your cooperation to keep a secure and trustworthy environment.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 ("GDPR"). REVVING S.p.A. Benefit (the "Controller") informs you that it processes personal data for the purposes and with the methods described below.
1. Categories of Personal Data Processed
The Controller may process the following data:
- Identifying data: first name, last name, date and place of birth, tax code, address/city, phone number, email address, IP address.
- Special categories of data: none processed.
- Judicial data: none processed.
- Profiling data: none processed.
2. Source of Data
Personal data are collected directly from the data subject.
3. Purposes, Retention Periods, and Legal Bases
- Service management — to perform pre-contractual and contractual obligations and provide the requested services. Retention: no longer than 10 years from the last interaction (+ up to 6 months for deletion). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Data used: all data listed in Section 1.
- Legal obligations — to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Retention: no longer than 10 years from the last interaction (+ up to 6 months for deletion). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation). Data used: all data listed in Section 1.
- Technical-commercial information — to send direct communications about products/services similar to those already purchased, using email, as allowed by Italian law (Art. 130(4) of Legislative Decree 196/2003). Retention: no longer than 10 years from the last interaction (+ up to 6 months for deletion). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data used: items 1, 2, and 10 of Section 1.
- General statistics (aggregated/pseudonymous) — to improve the quality of services/products offered, using aggregated statistics with particular attention to data minimization. Retention: no longer than 3 years from the last interaction (+ up to 6 months for deletion). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data used, where strictly necessary: first name and last name only.
Note: where consent is required by law, it can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
4. Nature of Provision and Consequences of Refusal
Providing the data may be a legal or contractual requirement or a necessary requirement to enter into a contract, depending on the specific purpose. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to establish or continue the relationship.
5. Recipients/Categories of Recipients
Your data may be disclosed to: authorized persons (employees), processors (suppliers) appointed by the Controller, recipients (clients), the DPO if appointed, supervisory bodies, and competent public authorities in compliance with legal obligations.
6. Data Transfers
- Transfers within the EU: Yes.
- Transfers to non-EU countries: No. If a transfer outside the EU becomes necessary, it will occur in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g., appropriate safeguards/standard contractual clauses).
7. Processing Methods
Processing is carried out on paper and/or electronically using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
8. Data Subject Rights
You may exercise the rights provided by Articles 12–23 GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, notification, portability, objection (including to direct marketing), and rights related to automated decision-making, as applicable.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) via the official website: www.garanteprivacy.it.
9. Duration of Processing
Processing will last for the periods indicated above for each purpose, plus up to 180 days for technical deletion processes. Longer retention may occur where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims for the duration of the dispute.
